We have almost settled into our new house and still have a few boxes left to unpack but we had a really lovely Christmas and it was so good to disconnect from the web for a couple of weeks. But now I’m looking forward to 2018 and have lots of great recipe ideas brewing and I’m looking forward to sharing them with you soon. Deliciously creamy and meaty this mushroom curry is the most read recipe on the blog for 2017. It’s also the most pinned recipes I’ve ever had having been pinned over 9000 times! This vegan mushroom curry is perfect for a chilly Autumn of Winter evening.
