Christmas Chocolate Bark

A festive chocolate treat with nuts, seeds and dried cranberries.

  • 50 g macadamia nuts , roughly chopped
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 300 g dark chocolate , 70% cocoa
  • 100 g good quality white chocolate


  • Melt the dark chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water, repeat with the white chocolate.
  • Pour the dark chocolate onto a parchment paper lined baking tray. Tilt the tray so the chocolate reaches the edges and is evenly spread out.
  • Add the white chocolate, using a wooden tooth pick swirl the white chocolate into the dark chocolate.
  • Gently and evenly sprinkle the nuts over the marbles chocolate, then the seeds and finally the cranberries.
  • Place in the fridge to harden for about 30 minutes.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the bark into shards.
