Christmas Chocolate Bark
A festive chocolate treat with nuts, seeds and dried cranberries.

- 50 g macadamia nuts , roughly chopped
- 30 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g dried cranberries
- 300 g dark chocolate , 70% cocoa
- 100 g good quality white chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water, repeat with the white chocolate.
Pour the dark chocolate onto a parchment paper lined baking tray. Tilt the tray so the chocolate reaches the edges and is evenly spread out.
Add the white chocolate, using a wooden tooth pick swirl the white chocolate into the dark chocolate.
Gently and evenly sprinkle the nuts over the marbles chocolate, then the seeds and finally the cranberries.
Place in the fridge to harden for about 30 minutes.
Use a sharp knife to cut the bark into shards.
