Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, and cook the noodles according to the packet.
Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic and chili and cook for one minute.
Add the king prawns, fish sauce and tamari and cook until the prawns are pink, about 5 minutes.
Then add the spring onions, edamame, lime juice and a small handful of coriander leaves, stir fry for another minute or two.
Serve on top of the soba noodles with extra coriander leaves and lime wedges.
