Using a meal plan is essential for me. Every single week I plan the main meals for our family for the week, I've been doing this for years. A weekly meal plan helps reduce food waste, saves you money and reduces the chances of buying takeaways or junk food. It keeps us all on track for the week.

Today I'm restarting my weekly vegetarian meal plans. You can still find my old meal plans here. Going forward I will be sharing a grocery list with each meal plan that you can print out. You can find this week's printable grocery list here.

- It helps you budget for the week and not overspend at the supermarket.
- Meal planning will help to reduce food waste.
- It takes the stress out of that lovely question "What's for dinner?'!
🧑🍳 Top Tips
- Have a well-stocked pantry - ensure you have a good collection of spices that you use regularly. Also, you will need olive oil, extra virgin oil, different types of vinegar and flavoured oils such as sesame.
- Check the cupboards before you shop - I do this every single week, in fact, I double-check it against my shopping list!
- Double up - Some recipes will be easy to double up on the quantities, freeze these for next week or pop any leftovers in the fridge for lunch!

🍽 Weekly Meal Plan Recipes
DINNER 1
⭐️ This recipe is great for a quick and easy dinner serve it with some quick and easy Air Fryer Garlic Bread for a tasty filling dinner.

DINNER 2
⭐️ These Mushroom Tacos are easy to make and taste amazing. If you have any leftover slaw add it to a sandwich or wrap for lunch the next day.

DINNER 3
⭐️ This is a very adaptable meal, you can easily add or swap some of the veggies for what you have in the fridge. Try swapping the sweet potatoes for Air Fryer Butternut Squash Cubes for a quick and easy swap.

DINNER 4
⭐️ This Vegan curry is so easy to make and the leftovers are great for lunch! Serve it with brown or white rice. Add naan or popadoms and mango chutney for a really tasty feast! ⭐️ This is a great recipe to double up on!

⭐️ These juicy burgers are full of flavour and easy to make. Serve them with our favourite Crispy Baked Potato Wedges.
