    Vegetarian meal plan

    A weekly meal plan is a great way to reduce food waste and stick to a weekly budget. I make one every week to plan the main meals for our family. I've been doing this for years and find it helpful to keep us all on track when we're busy.

    ⭐️ Why Meal Planning Works

    • It helps you budget for the week and not overspend at the supermarket.
    • Meal planning will help to reduce food waste.
    • It takes the stress out of that lovely question "What's for dinner?"!

    👩‍🍳 Top Tips

    • Check your cupboards - before you go shopping check your cupboards as you may already have some of the ingredients needed.
    • Double Up- The Red Lentil Dahl is perfect for doubling up and freezes well too.
    • Freezing - When freezing any leftovers or batche cooked meals I sometimes divide the meals into individual portions and then freeze, these freezer meals are great for busy nights or emergency backup meals!
