    Vegetarian meal plan

A weekly meal plan is a great way to stay on top of reducing food waste and stick to a weekly budget. I've been making meal plans for years. They are so helpful to plan the main meals for your family and are great for keeping you on track when you're busy.

    Vegetarian meal plan

This week's meal plan is all about easy dinners. They can all be ready in under an hour with some prepared in under 30 minutes. These easy-to-make dinners can all be made with just a few simple ingredients. From pesto gnocchi to halloumi fajitas,a cold noodle salad, a great curry and an easy Quorn chilli. As always this meal plan comes with a free printable shopping list.

     ⭐️ Why Meal Planning Works

    • It helps you budget for the week and not overspend at the supermarket.
    • Meal planning will help to reduce food waste.
    • It takes the stress out of that lovely question "What's for dinner?'!

    ⭐️ Top Tips

    • Have a well-stocked pantry - ensure you have a good collection of spices that you use regularly. Also, you will need a variety of oils, different types of vinegar and canned goods.
    • Check the cupboards before you shop - I do this every single week, in fact, I double-check it against my shopping list! You'll be surprised at what you already have hiding in your cupboards!
    • Double up - Some recipes will be easy to double up on the quantities, you can freeze these for next week or pop any leftovers in the fridge for lunch!
    • Check out the week four meal plan here.
