    Using a weekly meal plan is a great way to stay on top of reducing food waste and stick to a weekly budget. This week's meal plan includes Caprese Pasta Salad, Chickpea Curry, Grilled Peach Salad, Veggie Fajitas and Sweet Potato Quesadillas.

    This week's meal plan is all about easy family dinners. They can all be ready in under an hour with some prepared in under 30 minutes. These easy-to-make dinners can all be made with just a few simple ingredients. This meal plan comes with a free printable shopping list.

    ⭐️ Top Tips

    • Have a well-stocked pantry - ensure you have a good collection of spices, you will use these regularly. Also, you will need a variety of oils, different types of vinegar and canned goods.
    • Check the cupboards before you shop - I do this every single week, in fact, I double-check it against my shopping list! You'll be surprised at what you already have hiding in your cupboards!
    • Double up - Some recipes will be easy to double up on the quantities, you can freeze these for next week or pop any leftovers in the fridge for lunch! In this week's plan, the chickpea curry is great for lunch the next day!
