- Check the cupboards before you shop - I do this every single week, in fact, I double-check it against my shopping list! You'll be surprised at what you already have hiding in your cupboards!
- Double up - Some recipes will be easy to double up on the quantities, you can freeze these for next week or pop any leftovers in the fridge for lunch! In this week's plan, the chickpea curry is great for lunch the next day!
