A weekly meal plan is a great way to stay on top of reducing food waste and stick to a weekly budget. I've been making meal plans for years. They are so helpful to plan the main meals for our family, they are great for keeping us on track when you're busy.
This week's meal plan is all about dinners that are easy to make and can be made with simple ingredients. It includes an easy curry, tasty tacos, kebabs, a lovely creamy pasta and a comforting risotto. And as always the plan comes with a free printable shopping list.

If you missed last week's meal plan you can get it here. My older meal plans can be found here.
⭐️ Why Meal Planning Works
- It helps you budget for the week and not overspend at the supermarket.
- Meal planning will help to reduce food waste.
- It takes the stress out of that lovely question "What's for dinner?"!
👩🍳 Top Tips
- Check your cupboards - before you go grocery shopping check your cupboards as you may already have some of the ingredients needed.
- Double Up- The Halloumi Kebabs can easily be doubled up on if you're feeding a crowd.
- Freezing - When freezing any leftovers or batch-cooked meals I sometimes divide the meals into individual portions and then freeze them, these freezer meals are great for busy nights or emergency backup meals!

A new recipe to the blog these halloumi kebabs are something I've been making for years. I love making these when we have a BBQ, but you don't need to fire up the barbie to make them. You can easily make these in the oven too. You can also add more veggies to these skewers if you like.
