    ⭐️ Top Tips

    • Have a well-stocked pantry - ensure you have a good collection of spices, you will use these regularly. Also, you will need a variety of oils, different types of vinegar and canned goods.
    • Check the cupboards before you shop - I do this every single week, in fact, I double-check it against my shopping list! You'll be surprised at what you already have hiding in your cupboards!
    • Double up - Some recipes will be easy to double up on the quantities, you can freeze these for next week or pop any leftovers in the fridge for lunch! In this week's plan, the Veggie Pasta Bake is great for lunch the next day!
    • Check out the week 8 meal plan or week 7 or week 6!

    ⭐️ DINNER 1

This is a very adaptable recipe, so you can add in whatever veggies you have in the fridge for this one. This dish is also great for using fresh tomatoes which are in season now.
